By accessing, registering for, or using DealMagnate, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any other applicable DealMagnate policies.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be legally permitted to use the Platform in your jurisdiction.

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for protecting your login credentials.
• You must not create an account for another person without authorization.
• You must not use another user's account.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

3. Marketplace

DealMagnate provides an online marketplace that helps buyers and sellers discover listings, communicate, conduct supported transactions, and use available escrow functionality.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, DealMagnate is not the owner of assets listed by independent sellers and is not a party to the underlying ownership of those assets.

4. Seller Rules

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that every listing is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.

• Provide truthful information about the asset.
• Do not list assets that you do not have the right or authority to sell or transfer.
• Do not provide false subscriber, revenue, ownership, or performance information.
• Complete required verification where applicable.
• Cooperate reasonably with escrow and dispute resolution procedures.

5. Buyer Rules

Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings carefully before initiating a transaction.

• Provide accurate account and transaction information.
• Review available asset information before purchase.
• Use supported payment methods.
• Provide reasonable evidence when opening a dispute.
• Do not engage in fraud, abuse, or payment manipulation.

6. Listings & Asset Information

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of all information displayed in their listings.

DealMagnate may remove, restrict, hide, or reject a listing that violates these Terms, applicable law, marketplace rules, or security requirements.

7. Escrow Services

Where available, DealMagnate may facilitate escrow transactions designed to reduce risk between buyers and sellers.

Transaction funds may be held or controlled according to the applicable escrow workflow until the relevant release, cancellation, or dispute condition is satisfied.

Authorized escrow personnel may review transaction information and submitted evidence when necessary to administer a transaction or resolve a dispute.

8. Payments & Fees

Users must use payment methods made available through DealMagnate or its authorized payment providers.

Applicable marketplace, escrow, processing, network, or third-party fees may apply depending on the selected transaction method.

Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms, fees, limits, and processing rules.

9. Disputes & Resolution

When a supported transaction enters a dispute, DealMagnate or authorized escrow personnel may review transaction records, messages, screenshots, uploaded evidence, and other relevant information.

Users must provide accurate and relevant evidence and cooperate with reasonable requests during the resolution process.

10. Messaging Rules

The DealMagnate messaging system is provided for legitimate marketplace, transaction, support, and escrow communication.

• Do not send spam or abusive messages.
• Do not attempt to defraud another user.
• Do not impersonate another person.
• Do not send malicious files, scripts, or links.
• Do not use messaging to circumvent Platform security or transaction controls.

11. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use DealMagnate to engage in fraudulent, illegal, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized activities.

• Fraud or attempted fraud
• Stolen or unlawfully obtained assets
• False identity or verification information
• Account takeovers or unauthorized access
• Payment manipulation
• Malware, malicious code, or security attacks
• Abuse, harassment, or threats
• Circumvention of DealMagnate transaction controls

12. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the applicable transaction conditions, escrow rules, seller terms, and dispute outcome.

Users should not assume that every transaction is automatically refundable after completion.

13. Seller Verification

DealMagnate may require selected sellers to complete identity or eligibility verification before using certain marketplace features.

Sellers must provide truthful information and legitimate documents when verification is required.

False, altered, misleading, or unauthorized verification information may result in rejection, restriction, suspension, or termination.

14. Digital Asset Transfer

For digital assets such as monetized YouTube channels or other supported assets, the seller is responsible for providing the asset and ownership or transfer rights represented in the listing.

Buyers are responsible for completing the necessary transfer or acceptance steps within the applicable transaction workflow.

15. Account Suspension or Termination

DealMagnate may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account where reasonably necessary to protect users, transactions, or the Platform.

This may include suspected fraud, abuse, security threats, false information, Terms violations, or unlawful activity.

16. Intellectual Property

The DealMagnate name, branding, logo, website interface, software, design elements, and original Platform content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit DealMagnate intellectual property without appropriate authorization.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DealMagnate is not responsible for losses, damages, interruptions, or claims arising from user conduct, inaccurate listing information, third-party services, unauthorized account access, or circumstances outside reasonable Platform control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

18. Third-Party Services

DealMagnate may integrate with third-party payment providers, hosting providers, communication services, authentication systems, or other external services.

Third-party services may have separate terms, fees, privacy policies, availability limitations, and processing rules.

19. Privacy

Your use of DealMagnate is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information may be collected, used, stored, and protected.
