DealMagnate is a marketplace that connects sellers and buyers for digital asset transactions. Both sellers and buyers may use the Platform to communicate, participate in transactions, and use supported escrow services.

For Sellers

Sellers may create marketplace listings, provide information about the assets they offer, communicate with buyers, complete required verification, and participate in escrow transactions. Information submitted by sellers may be processed to operate the marketplace, verify eligibility, prevent fraud, and support transactions.

For Buyers

Buyers may browse listings, communicate with sellers, initiate transactions, make supported payments, and use escrow services. Information provided by buyers may be processed to facilitate transactions, maintain account security, provide support, and resolve disputes.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, use the Platform, participate in transactions, communicate with other users, submit verification information, or contact support.

4. Seller Verification & KYC

Where seller verification is required, DealMagnate may collect information necessary to verify identity and eligibility to use marketplace or escrow services.

• WhatsApp or Telegram contact information where provided
• CNIC or other identity-document images
• Selfie or identity-verification images
• Verification status and related review information

5. Payments

DealMagnate may use third-party payment or cryptocurrency payment providers. Payment information may be processed directly by the relevant provider under its own privacy policy and terms.

We may receive transaction-related information such as payment status, transaction references, amounts, and confirmations that are necessary to operate the Platform. We do not necessarily receive or store complete payment credentials handled directly by third-party providers.

6. Escrow Services

Where escrow is used, information relating to a transaction may be accessible to authorized escrow personnel or systems for purposes including verifying transaction status, monitoring activity, resolving disputes, reviewing evidence, protecting users against fraud, and completing or cancelling transactions under applicable rules.

Information submitted during an escrow dispute may be retained for recordkeeping, security, and dispute-resolution purposes.

Certain communications are necessary to operate the Platform and may not be disabled while your account remains active.
